Cinnamon Toast Crunch Peach Cobbler

This yummy cobbler teams juicy peaches with a crunchy, cinnamon topping. It's quick and easy to make too.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 15 ounces canned peaches
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Pour the melted butter into the bottom of an 8-inch baking dish and set it aside.
  • Add the flour, sugar, and milk to a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined and then pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish over the melted butter.
  • Spread the canned peaches, including all of the juice, over the sugar and flour mixture. Spread it evenly over the top, but do not stir it.
  • Add the cereal to a large Ziploc bag and crush it using a rolling pin. Spread the crushed cereal evenly over the top of the peaches.
  • Bake for about 35 minutes until the top is golden brown. Remove from oven, optionally sprinkle some confectioners’ sugar over the top, serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • No self-rising flour? Whisk a cup of all-purpose flour with 1½ teaspoons baking powder plus ¼ teaspoon salt and use that instead.
  • This dessert tastes amazing served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, as you prefer.
