Bisquick Apple Cobbler
This delicious dessert couldn’t be easier to make. It takes just a few minutes to prepare and then your house will smell amazing while it bakes.

- 1 ½ cups Bisquick baking mix
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup whole milk
- ¾ cup brown sugar packed
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 large Granny Smith apples peeled and chopped
- 1 cup water boiling
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan and then set it aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick, white sugar, and milk. Mix until well combined and then pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Layer the chopped apples on top.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined and then evenly sprinkle it over the layer of chopped apples.
Pour the hot water over the apples without stirring and then bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool, and then serve along with a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!

- If you want to add some extra toppings, consider caramel sauce or chopped mixed nuts.
- You can swap half the apple for another type of fruit, such as strawberries, blackberries, or pear.
