Ingredients

  • 3 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 10 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil. Leave some foil hanging over both ends of the pan for easy removal later. Lightly grease the foil and then set the pan aside.
  • Combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30-second intervals while stirring the mixture in-between until completely melted.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and let it cool until set. Optionally, you can place the pan in the refrigerator to speed up this process. Once the fudge has fully set, use the foil to lift it out of the pan and then slice it into 1-inch square pieces with a sharp knife. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Try mint chips, butterscotch chips, or white chocolate chips if you don't want to use dark chocolate. Experimenting with flavors and add-ins is all part of the fun!
  • Wrap some of the fudge in cellophane and seal with a pretty ribbon to make a cute festive gift. It's also great for bake sales.
  • I like to make a big batch of this because it's so easy and keeps for months in the freezer, so double or triple the recipe as you like.
