Cinnamon Toast Crunch Peach Cobbler
This yummy cobbler teams juicy peaches with a crunchy, cinnamon topping. It's quick and easy to make too.

- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup milk
- 15 ounces canned peaches
- 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Pour the melted butter into the bottom of an 8-inch baking dish and set it aside.
Add the flour, sugar, and milk to a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined and then pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish over the melted butter.
Spread the canned peaches, including all of the juice, over the sugar and flour mixture. Spread it evenly over the top, but do not stir it.
Add the cereal to a large Ziploc bag and crush it using a rolling pin. Spread the crushed cereal evenly over the top of the peaches.
Bake for about 35 minutes until the top is golden brown. Remove from oven, optionally sprinkle some confectioners’ sugar over the top, serve and enjoy!
- No self-rising flour? Whisk a cup of all-purpose flour with 1½ teaspoons baking powder plus ¼ teaspoon salt and use that instead.
