Mango Milkshake

- 1 cup canned mango pulp chilled (or 2 cups peeled and chopped sweet mango)
- 1½ cups whole milk chilled
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Use non-dairy milk to make this dairy-free. Coconut milk would go well with the mango and add even more of a tropical taste. Or you can use more than one kind of milk.
- A pinch of ground cardamom adds exotic flair.
- Add a scoop of ice cream for extra creaminess and richness. You can use vanilla ice cream, mango ice cream (or sorbet), or in fact any fruity flavor.
- You might like to garnish the finished milkshake with dried rose petals and pistachio nut slivers for a gourmet presentation.
