Mango Milkshake

A super easy recipe with only three ingredients needed to make this delicious fruity drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned mango pulp chilled (or 2 cups peeled and chopped sweet mango)
  • cups whole milk chilled
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into milkshake glasses. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use non-dairy milk to make this dairy-free. Coconut milk would go well with the mango and add even more of a tropical taste. Or you can use more than one kind of milk.
  • A pinch of ground cardamom adds exotic flair.
  • Add a scoop of ice cream for extra creaminess and richness. You can use vanilla ice cream, mango ice cream (or sorbet), or in fact any fruity flavor.
  • You might like to garnish the finished milkshake with dried rose petals and pistachio nut slivers for a gourmet presentation.
