Servings:24 fudge squares

  • 32 ounces confectioners’ sugar
  • 12 ounces Velveeta original cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 cup unsalted butter cut into cubes
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Leave some parchment paper hanging over both ends of the pan for easy removal later. Lightly grease the parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Add the confectioners’ sugar to a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
  • Place the Velveeta cheese, butter, chocolate chips, corn syrup, and vanilla extract into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30-second intervals while stirring the mixture in-between until completely melted.
  • Slowly transfer the melted chocolate mixture into the confectioners’ sugar while mixing on low speed until thick and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top using a rubber spatula. Transfer the pan to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours until completely set.
  • Remove the pan from the refrigerator. Use the parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan. Use a sharp knife to slice it into square pieces. Serve and enjoy!

  • Jazz up the fudge with optional ingredients like mini marshmallows or chopped pecans or walnuts.
  • Keep in mind that the fudge can take several hours to set so you will need to be patient before you can taste some!
  • Swap the vanilla for another flavor extract if you want to change the taste.
