I love this recipe for its simplicity. If you can combine ingredients together then you can make these with ease!


Swap the apple cider for apple juice if you want to. It's not exactly the same, but it will work just as well.

1. Cream the butter and sugar. Mix in the eggs, vanilla, and cider. Mix in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.


2. Divide the batter between 12 lined muffin tin cavities. Bake until done. Meanwhile, whip the butter with brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.

3. Add the confectioners' sugar. Transfer to a piping bag. Frost the cooled cupcakes.
