Use any kind of nut butter in this recipe or a combination of more than one. Try half cashew butter and half peanut butter perhaps.

1. Combine the pumpkin purée, maple syrup, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract and whisk until all lumps are gone.

2. Combine the almond flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt and stir. Add to wet mixture, stir until just combined, and then fold in the chocolate chips.

3. Bake for about 30 minutes.
