An easy eight step recipe!

This recipe uses cocoa powder as well as vanilla for a well-rounded chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

Don’t fill the cupcake liners more than half or, at most, two-thirds full, or else they are going to overflow or sink in the middle.

1. Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl. Mix in the milk and sour cream.

Instructions

2. Combine both mixtures. Add batter to mini muffin tins. Bake. Let them cool.

3. Beat butter, cocoa and vanilla. Add confectioners’ sugar and milk. Pipe the frosting onto mini cupcakes.
