1. Beat butter and sugar. Mix in eggs. Beat in milk, sour cream, orange, vanilla. Mix flour, salt, baking soda then add to egg mixture.

2. Fill muffin tin ¾ full. Bake. Cool. Beat cream cheese and butter. Add confectioners' sugar, orange extract, orange zest, food coloring.

3. Pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes. Add a fresh orange slice.
