1. Cook apples with melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice and then chill. Cut pastry sheets into 8 squares.

2. Scoop the chilled filling into pastry squares, fold diagonally, place on prepared baking sheets, and bake for 18 min until golden brown.

3. Mix the confectioners' sugar, vanilla, and water together and drizzle over the warm pastries.
