1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Pour into pan. Press firmly into the bottom and sides. Bake for 10 min.

2. Beat cream cheese and pumpkin purée. Add sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs yolks. Stir in pumpkin spice, flour, and cinnamon. Fold in heavy cream.
3. Spread filling over top of crust. Bake for 40 min. Chill overnight or for at least 6 hours. Cut and serve!
