Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries frozen
  • 2 bananas large
  • 2 cups whole milk or your preference of milk
  • 18 ounces vanilla ice cream about 6 scoops

For the topping:

  • whipped cream and strawberry syrup, fresh strawberries, and banana slices as optional toppings

Instructions

  • Place frozen strawberries, bananas, milk, and ice cream into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a tall milkshake glass and then top with whipped cream, a drizzle of strawberry syrup, a fresh strawberry, and a banana slice or any combination of your preference.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Not every blender can handle frozen ingredients, nuts or ice cubes so make sure yours is up to the job before making this.
  • Turn your shake into a malt by adding a couple of tablespoons of malt powder to the mixture.
  • Add more mix-ins like other kinds of fruit, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, cookie dough, Oreos, or anything else to make it unique.
  • You don’t have to serve this in a tall glass. Any large glass will work just fine.
